Athletics Baseball teams in action

The Athletics 15U won two games Saturday during a wood bat tournament in Cincinnati.

Nick Mumford and Ethan Adams had two hits apiece in 14-0 victory against the Yankees Baseball Club. Justin Snodgrass allowed one hit and struck out two in three innings.

Wes Myers had two hits, and Adams added an RBI single in a 4-1 victory against the Wisconsin Panthers (Red). Snodgrass allowed two hits and struck out three in four innings.

Athletics 17U split

The Athletics 17U split a pair of games, continuing play in the Pastime Mid-Atlantic TOC at the University of Maryland.

The Athletics beat D.C. Dynasty 17-6 with Jaren Hewitt and Nate Stone combining on the mound, and Jeremiah Cangelosi had a four-hitter in a 2-1 loss to Tri-State Arsenal.
