Hello MR2 World,

My name is Benson Propst.
I have owned an '85 MK1 MR2 since I was 16 (1994).

I drove and restored various parts (body and mechanical) up until 2000, when the original engine was completely rebuilt and two new factory quarter panels were installed resulting in a rust free body.

Due to a lack of funds, I had to put the car into long term storage to await the day that there was enough money to get the car repainted.

Alas, that day never came. I have recently taken the car out of storage (18 years). The car still appears in the same condition it was in when I put it into storage except for the fact that I cannot get the engine to turn over (specuation - a frozen/stuck piston?).

I am considering a full restoration of the engine to get the car running again, but am also wondering what other options I have for selling the car either as is or for parts.
