THIS is the shocking moment a 'drunk' airline passenger started brawling on a packed flight to Miami - because the attendants wouldn't serve him more beer.

Shocking footage shows the man - named in court papers as Jason Felix - screaming "no, I'm not going to relax" before spitting BLOOD on a fellow passenger.

An attendant can be heard pleading: "You need to please sit down, I’m not bringing you more beers.

"We will be there in an hour. Why do you have this attitude? You had a couple beers."

The man then asks: "You're my bartender?"

"Yes, I'm your bartender!" replied the steward.

According to a criminal complaint, the flight attendant suspected the man was drunk even before he served more alcohol.

After getting locked in the plane's toilet, he allegedly subjected the flight attendant to a tirade of homophobic abuse before banging on the overhead lockers as he made his way back to his seat.

Fellow passenger Bill Boduc told WSVN-Channel 7 that the man was “hitting the chair, swearing, yelling at other passengers, spitting at people at some point.”

He added: "the flight attendants were very professional and handled a bad situation the best they could. It could have quickly escalated even further if the [flight attendants] didn’t maintain their composure.

"At one point, there was discussion of diverting the aircraft and landing before Miami but we made it there without additional people being hurt."

An American Airlines spokesperson told the Miami Herald that cops were called to deal with the passenger upon landing.

They added: "We thank our crew for taking care of our customers and are proud of the work they do every single day.
