Owners of the Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition on Steam can upgrade to the remastered version for a discounted price, getting 50% off.The remaster has had a number of technical improvements, and fixes a few issues that plagued the original, like the infamous Blighttown, that seems to run just fine now, compared to the chugging mess it was in the initial release.
