Roy Haggerty
THE funeral of popular former Saints player Roy Haggerty will take place on Monday, 14 May at 1pm at Lowe House Church, North Road, St Helens.
Former Great Britain international Haggerty, who played for Saints between 1979-91, passed away at the weekend aged 58.
The family have passed on their thanks for the messages of condolence.
Wendy Haggerty posted: "Roy's passion wasn't only for Saints but also for rugby league.
"Anyone wishing to pay their respects to Roy are welcome to wear any rugby shirt in his memory.
"Thank you for your kind messages of condolence. It means so much at this sad time."
