We all have a few special styling tricks up our sleeves when it comes to getting our look just the way we like it. Some of us prefer to use hair oils to get the perfect texture for parched strands while others rely on foams and mousses to give waves and curls the perfect amount of volume. Folks with all hair textures get a little extra mileage out of a good style with dry shampoo, making it a staple in beauty routines all over. Perhaps that's why Verb's upcoming launch of its two newest products, Dry Shampoo Light and Dry Shampoo Dark, has such a long waitlist, according to Byrdie.

The new dry shampoo formula, which will come in two different colors for those with lighter and darker hair colors, is a spray version of Verb's original Dry Shampoo Powder, which it sells for $16. Though the original Dry Shampoo Powder has been a hit for the brand for a while, customers have been asking for a spray version, and Verb has responded with the upcoming launch of not one but two brand-new products, Dry Shampoo Light and Dry Shampoo Dark. The brand told Byrdie, "The light formulation has a purple tint that helps counteract brassiness and adds dimension while the dark shade is a medium brown that is designed to disappear in deeper shade ranges."

The Dry Shampoo Light and Dry Shampoo Dark will be available on May 1 and you can sign up for the waitlist (and to win a free bottle) on the brand's website. According to Byrdie, in the first 12 hours after the announcement of the upcoming launch, 1,000 people had signed up. The waitlist has since doubled, and the brand has said it expects it to reach around 10,000 eager waitlisters before the launch date of May 1 — so if you're interested in trying out the spray version of Verb's original Dry Shampoo, you should sign up.
