The Maryland House rest stop on Interstate 95 in Harford County was evacuated Thursday evening after a suspicious package was found outside.The incident was reported around 4:40 p.m. and was declared safe around 7:20 p.m.According to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the suspicious package was found under a vehicle. The package wax X-rayed and determined non-hazardous.The Maryland Transportation Authority shut down both ramps to the Maryland House during the investigation.

The Maryland House rest stop on Interstate 95 in Harford County was evacuated Thursday evening after a suspicious package was found outside.
