• Male or Female with maximum age of 27 years old.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00, majoring in:
o Mining Engineering
o Geodetic Engineering
o Geological Engineering
o Environment Engineering
o Industrial Engineering
o Electrical Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Civil Engineering
o K3
o Law
o Accounting
• Undergraduate student maximum graduation day May, 01st 2018.
• Fresh graduate or practitioner with maximum of 1 year of employment.
• Active in organization with minimum 1 position of a leader.
• Highly motivate, creative, easy to adapt, possess strong leadership, and flexible under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in all PT Darma Henwa, Tbk area.
