A missing 2-year-old central Kansas girl has been found dead, according to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.Investigators said Iviona Lewis, of Hoisington, was found dead in rural Barton County.The KBI said Chaz Stephens, 25, of Hoisington, described as an acquaintance of the girl, was arrested and booked into Barton County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder. Iviona Lewis was last seen about 11 p.m. in the 400 block of North Elm Street in Hoisington on Sunday.
