The Congress party's 84th plenary session in New Delhi is covered extensively with reports and photographs on the front pages of most of the dailies. The photographs show Rahul Gandhi hugging his mother UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi after her speech at plenary session. "Projecting younger face, Congress takes a step closer to alliances" leads The Indian Express. "Congress hints at readiness for tie-up to beat BJP in 2019" says The Hindu adding "Plenary resolution calls for return to paper ballots". "Rahul allays old guard's fears on future" says The Times of India.
The paper quotes BJP chief Amit Shah as saying "Relish idea of Modi vs Rest in 2019".
Writing on the aftermath of the debacle in Lok Sabha by-elections in Gorakhpur and Phulpur The Asian Age writes "Yogi faces dissent after bypoll loss. CM transfer 37 IAS officers".
The Tribune quoting the Prime Minister on the minimum support price (MSP) writes "Input costs to be worked out for MSP" adding "Many people spreading rumour's".
Referring to the ongoing Indo-Pak tensions and the diplomatic row,  The Statesman informs that "Pakistan pulls out of WTO meet in Delhi".
"Ola, Uber drivers to go strike on Monday onwards across metro's" reports DNA.
"Cold 'War of nerves' between Moscow, London escalates" reports The Pioneer adding "Russia expels 23 British diplomats in spy-poisoning response".
On Harley Davidson motor company The Hindu in a Sunday special reports that "Ahead of Trump call, probe on Harley Davidson changed gears. Directorate of Revenue intelligence closed case of alleged duty evasion for lack of evidence".
The phone booth makes a comeback! Well, The Times of India reports that open plan offices in New York are installing call rooms to give employees some privacy and space. The booth at The Wing in New York has a retro telephone and now more work spaces are following suit.
