A condemned apartment building in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, was burned down on purpose Thursday.The building had been condemned after officials discovered volatile chemicals inside an apartment unit last week at the scene of a deadly, explosive fire. Authorities believe a 28-year-old man was making bombs in his apartment when the chemicals exploded, killing him. Bomb specialists later determined the entire building was unsafe. Twenty fire departments and some 100 firefighters helped with the controlled burn.
