PORT CLINTON - Residents still need to bundle up when they venture outside this week, as winter weather is expected to return to Ottawa County on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service is predicting a chance of  snow showers for the area Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures expected to be in the upper 30s during the day and upper 20s overnight.

The chance of snow disappears from the weather service's forecast for the weekend, but daytime temperatures are not expected to reach any higher than the upper 30s.
