Prairie farmers say the federal government has two weeks to come up with a plan to get Western Canadian grain moving again. “This year’s shipping season has been a disaster,” Todd Lewis, president of the Agriculture Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) told reporters in Ottawa during a joint press conference with the Alberta Federation of Agriculture, the Keystone Agriculture Producers, the Canadian Federation of Agriculture and Grain Growers of Canada.
