As a result of the rapid expansion, we are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles (contract basis) for the development of our Gold Mine located in Gorontalo and North Sulawesi:
8. Contract Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist Project Managers draft and review correspondence, gather relevant evidence and electronically file all supporting documentation.
• To assess third-party liability claims for merit and respond to the claimants via telephone, email and formal letter as required.
• To prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes for ad hoc meetings and regularly scheduled meetings.
• To prepare draft letter notifications regarding contractor achievement/compliance violation(s).
• To review cost back-up documentation for accuracy, compliance with contract requirements, and completeness.
• To review project documentation for completeness and compliance with prime contract requirements and relevant legal regulations.
• To run reports and input data into the change management software program.
• To assist in the negotiation of change requests and insurance settlement offers.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in business, law, engineering or related disciplines.
• 5 years’ experience in contract management including construction, mining and operations, preferable in Mining industry.
• Advanced understanding on relevant Indonesia business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations.
• Good knowledge on Contract writing, including technical capabilities, Scope of Work (SOW) and commercial terms & condition.
• Well-developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced English language documentations skills with high attention to detail.

9. Lead Planner
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To coordinate all detailed planning of works to be carried out to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and in line with company requirements.
• To coordinate the project program after award of contract and provide support to the Project team in order to ensure accurate program and reporting of works.
• To provide KPI and tracking information required for periodic (weekly, biweekly and monthly) reports in order to monitor and report any variances from planned productivities and targets to ensure ongoing compliance with Project Programs.
• To monitor the development of accurate as-built plans and the undertake relevant analysis in order to substantiate extension of time claims if deemed necessary
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive on-site experience performing general planning role on construction, road or civil projects.
• In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building and civil infrastructure.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.

10. Cost Controller
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To verify and validate cost coding in order to ensure accurate information is provided for cost reporting.
• To produce the monthly report that reflects actual versus tendered cost; and production targets in order to provide feedback to the Estimating Department to ensure that future estimates are accurate
• To produce the monthly report that reflects actual versus budgeted costs; and production targets in order to enable the project team to address operational issues or make financial provisions
• To produce Subcontract cost report that reflects actual subcontract cost versus claimed to vendor in order to enable the Commercial Manager to readily identify and price variation claims to the vendor.
• To maintain the cost data in a readily accessible format in order to enable the Commercial Manager to accurately calculate price variations.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction or related disciplines
• 4 – 7 years’ experience in civil/construction
• Have experience in commercial type role in construction industry.
• Exposure to or understanding of the construction process.
• Exposure to cost control is preferred.
• Have working experience in civil contractor is preferred

11. Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
• To attend tender procedure and prepare tender report and support senior quantity surveyor or commercial manager to support the tender process
• To prepare and monitor the execution of contract and contractual correspondences as well as contractor’s valuation
• To prepare cost evaluation/projection to meet the requirements of works in progress
• Inspect site for collation of information for monthly statement which includes but not limited to recommendation on interim payments, statement of claims from contractor, anticipated claims from contractor and assessment of costs of works and expected final cost.
• To regulate and constantly review the accuracy and relevancy of subcontractors’ applications for payment, variation submission and pursuit of claims and advise requirement of contract.
• Prepare variation orders through site visits to record information on claims/variations
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction or related disciplines
• 4 – 7 years’ experience in civil/construction
• Quantity survey certificate or diploma
• Have few years of on-site experience performing quantity survey in construction, road or civil projects.
• Have experience in collaborating with a surveyor team
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.

12. Senior QA/QC Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To review all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet the company’s requirement.
• To review all records are completed and compiled for submission with regards to completed work quality in order to meet company’s requirement
• To review quality of products/supplies/services by sub-contractors to meet the specified requirement at source with regard to completed work quality in order to meet company’s requirement.
• To coordinate the implementation of the project quality plan in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
• To coordinate the implementation of the audit programs in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
• To coordinate the continuous improvement process in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction or related disciplines
• 4 – 7 years’ experience in civil/construction
• Complete understanding of the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management Systems
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Quality Management Trainer.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as External Quality Auditor in a certification body.
• Have experience in leading an audit team.

13. Project Administration Site
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the project manager & Department Head (including personal schedule, travel arrangements etc.) in order to effectively manage the department head’s time.
• To manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and administrative data, including file indices and document control systems in order to ensure accessibility and accuracy of all information.
• To manage all phone calls and visitors are attended to promptly and politely in order to provide a positive and courteous interface with internal and external clients.
• To maintain Department contact database in order to provide Department Head and other members with accurate contact information.
• To provide liaison support with external parties and inter-functional unit in order to facilitate the smooth effectiveness and efficiency in coordination.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

REQUIREMENTS
• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Secretarial Studies
• 1-2 years’ experience
• Experience working for a senior member of management in a project.
