A Marion County man was caught on surveillance video poking a gas station attendant with a corn dog stick after the attendant refused to sell him beer, deputies said. Marion County deputies said they were called to the Petro Gas Station in Reddick on Friday. Witnesses told deputies that Cavan McDaniel was upset because the gas station attendant would not sell him beer. The victim then told deputies that McDaniel threw hot dogs at her and poked her in the face with a corn dog stick, deputies said. The exchange was caught on surveillance camera and confirmed the clerk’s account of the incident.
