Duke, the dog whose photo went viral after being tied to a tree and left in the cold in Patterson Park, has been adopted.A statement from BARCS Facebook page said that Duke was adopted by U.S. Army Specialist Wallace White. It said that White did not know he was adopting a "celebrity dog" until a friend showed him the news stories. It said White fell in love with Duke just for being Duke.
