Jeffries leads Newark Catholic’s balanced attack

Heath Jeffries had nine of his team-high 21 points in the third quarter Tuesday to lead Newark Catholic to a 75-63 victory at Shekinah Christian.

The Green Wave outscored the Flames 25-9 in the third quarter to open up a double-digit lead. Hunter Chapman added 19 points, Tate Roesink 14 and Peyton Walker 13 for NC (8-5).
