A Colorado woman has a message for a Guthrie hotel employee who helped brighten her day.Shay Black, an Oklahoma City native who now lives in Johnstown, Colorado, was staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Guthrie for a work project and brought along a SpongeBob SquarePants doll. She said via Facebook that she brings the SpongeBob doll with her because her youngest son, 17-year-old AJ, committed suicide in April 2016.On Tuesday night, "after a very long day of working outside in the cold," Black found SpongeBob propped up and tucked in to her bed with a note beside the doll. The note ended with, "P.S. I fed SpongeBob a Crabby Patty and tucked him in!"Black said the note was wonderful and she wanted to say something to the housekeeper who left the note."Thank you Holiday Inn Express, Guthrie housekeeping for your kindness," Black said. "You just proved that you never know whose day you will brighten with your kindness."
