Cinnamon baked French toast, 12.23.17

Let’s just get this out there from the beginning: I will absolutely make this again. The most tedious part is tearing a loaf of sourdough apart; the rest of the prep takes mere minutes, and it’s a delicious bake the next morning. Who doesn’t love a streusel topping on what amounts to a bread pudding?
