Pumpkin pie shakes, 11.26.17

Too many leftovers? Not anymore. We got a blender as a wedding gift, and were pleased to christen it with two slices of pumpkin pie and a pint of salted caramel vegan ice cream from Sweet Ritual. The gingersnap crust from the pie added just the right note to pair with the salted caramel; honestly, I liked this better than the pie itself.
