A report of a subject in a wheelchair, stuck in snow in the 1600 block of East Mansfield Street was unfounded. 10:24 p.m.

ARRESTS

A 33-year-old woman was cited in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue for driving under suspension. 11:47 a.m.
