Officers spoke with a subject on station regarding the theft of money. 2:13 p.m.
A report of someone panhandling outside Kroger was investigated. She had left the area before officers arrived. 3:48 p.m.
A report of a dog running loose in the 300 block of Sheckler Street was investigated. 5:29 p.m.
A two-vehicle, non-injury crash between a Mazda and Ford in the area of Hall and Mansfield streets was investigated and a citation was issued. 5:31 p.m.
A resident in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street reported a cell phone stolen from his residence by someone he knows. 5:40 p.m.
A resident in the 200 block of West Warren Street reported being assaulted by someone known to him tonight while on Mansfield Street. 10:23 p.m.
ARRESTS
A 26-year-old man was arrested in the 200 block of Schaber Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court. 8:12 p.m.
