They linked to a "mixtape" on mega, but it's definitely not music. It's a ton of data from the site. Including the version ocelot in that was in production, the internal log checker, and other dbs. There is no user data, for obvious reasons, but there is a ton of useful information here for the new music trackers.
Also in the package was all the art files for their merch. So anyone can go print out a shirt or whatever they want with the original art!
They have added a magnet link as well.

What.CD 10-year anniversary mixtape

We secured a backup of non-user data before destroying encrypted storage volumes. We’ve taken exceptional measures to ensure the safety and security of this data in the time since. We are now releasing that data via this curated package.

The package contains torrent, group, and artist metadata. It also includes collages, select wiki articles, the internal log checker, the version of Ocelot used in production, and a collection of art files.

This message is likely to be the last. What can we say now that hasn’t already been said? We couldn’t have done it without you. You made it happen. Someone once said that "without music, life would be a mistake" and if you’re reading this, maybe that’s true for you, too. So move along and keep going.
