The prophecies are coming true.

It wasn't too long ago where the Astros were deemed the team of the future, now, they're the team of the present, as they head to the World Series, with a 4-0 Game 7 win over the Yankees in Houston.

Charlie Morton and Lance McCullers pitched a shutout, stifling Yankee bats and allowing just a handful of baserunners throughout the game. Maybe the stage was too big for the Yankees or maybe — well, probably — the better team just won.

And now, Houston will try to be the better, actually the best, team in baseball in the Fall Classic.

Here's how ALCS Game 7 happened.

All times eastern.
