A priest and professor at Nashotah House Theological Seminary was killed in a boating accident on Upper Nashotah Lake Wednesday.Search crews from Okauchee and Delafield fire departments recovered the body of Rev. Dr. Daniel Westberg Thursday morning.News Chopper 12 flew over the lake Wednesday afternoon and spotted an overturned boat in the middle of the lake.Milwaukee police were set to bring in special equipment to help with the search.According to Nashotah House, Fr. Westberg had been on the seminary faculty since 2000, where he was a leading scholar in Moral Theology.“The Rev. Dr. Daniel Westberg was a faithful priest of the Diocese of Milwaukee whose gifts as a teacher were a blessing to us all. Our hearts and prayers go out to his wife Lisa, their family and the community of Nashotah House at this sad time. We pray that Dan will go from strength to strength in God’s perfect Kingdom,” stated the Rt. Rev. Steven A.
