"It was my stepdaughters first time at the fiesta and our first time going as a family. Hopefully next year all our kids will be with us. The Balloon Fiesta has a way of drawing people together that I'm sure it may happen! This is one of my favorite events. Balloons used to land on my family's property back in the 70's and 80's, so I've always had fascination with them. Hollering "Good morning" at the passengers as the balloons pass over our houses is a great tradition for us. Thank you, KOAT!"
