Lighthizer, Freeland say Boeing-Bombardier spat won’t affect NAFTA talks

OTTAWA – Boeing’s campaign to subject Bombardier’s C Series plane to countervailing duties – which has been successful so far – will not impact NAFTA talks, Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said after the third round of NAFTA negotiations ended here.
