A 4-year-old boy drowned Monday night at Fischer Park at Browns Lake after he was reported missing according to the Racine County Sheriff's Office.The Racine County Sheriff's Office identified the boy Wednesday as Tyrice Creed. Authorities were dispatched to the area around 5:30 p.m. Monday when the boy went missing. The boy was at the park with a caregiver and several other children, including his sister and brother.A person at the park saw the boy under water near the pier and called for deputies.A dive team removed the boy from the water and he was taken to Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington, where he later died.
