Stephen Bassett to be aired in Russia in August - coming Disclosure from Russia?

Stephen Bassett, executive director of the Paridigm Research Group International (PRG), has spent a week in Russia trying to convince Mr Putin of the importance of lifting an alleged "truth embargo" that stops world leaders telling the public the truth about aliens.

Mr Bassett, who is the only registered lobbyist in the US on the subject of alien disclosure, believes a conspiracy theory that the truth of aliens has been withheld due to the fear of the impact on religion and the rule of law if we all knew.

He believes the conspiracy has been in place since at least 1947 when a flying saucer allegedly crash landed at Roswell, New Mexico.

Mr Bassett was interviewed for a Russian documentary during his visit.

A PRG statement said: "During the interview, which will be broadcast in Russian in August, Bassett discussed various considerations that might prompt Russian President Vladimir Putin to make the first formal acknowledgment by a head of state regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. www.express.co.uk...

Medvedev already told the world, jokingly, that there are ET persons residing in Russia.

But it was a joke , no substance behind it.

One can only regret the absurdity of the US political wrangling that prevented such a move in the country who started it all.

Not sure they started it all but they were the biggest promoters of it through the cold war , UFOs were a tool used by the US military to hide their own tech and unsettle the Russians by making them think the US may have off world technology.

Until we have something we can poke a stick at we are no further forward in the search for ET , I doubt the Russians know any more than we do.

Bassett spent all of 2016 assuring us either Obama or the newly elected Hillary Clinton would be the disclosure president. He guaranteed it.

When that prediction failed miserably, he packed up and left for Europe.

Either a) he has never had any inside information at all, b) his sources have been lying to him for more than a decade, or c) he is actually part of the cover-up. Or maybe all three, come to think of it.

As much as I want to believe Putin or some other credible insider to international intelligence might come forward with "Disclosure", all evidence points to "Disclosure" occurring all around us in various ways, just not from government talking heads. SInce when are they so trustworthy, anyway?

If there is some powerful secret to disclose, it can't be disclosed for free by a politician because secrets are the currency of politics. Loose presidential lips (and also Marilyn's) among other things cost us JFK, for example. So the most authentic version of disclosure, by my line of reasoning, will have to come via whistleblowers, especially whistleblowers that believe they have little or nothing to lose. The deathbed testimonies of aging insiders around Roswell and other weighty ET-related matters is just the beginning. But granted such disclosures are nothing compared to what the deepest intelligence insider would know.

Those secrets are simply too dangerous to share or propagate amongst the general populace, at least not via political or religious figureheads. I totally get it. There are many such secrets in the world, not only in this connection. I mean, would the Pope tell his flock something that would make them doubt the existence of, or goodness of God? That would terrify them and feel helpless? Not if he is a good pastor. Belief aside, a good pastor does not scare his flock in to panic. A good politician does not destroy his position or his public trust because of some abstract, impractical concern for the "truth".

The truth of the matter is probably so terrible, so arcane, and so unstoppable that we'd all go mad if we knew the literal truth.

I think if the aliens were or are here it's no big deal . Maybe they have been here longer than us . Someone created them .

On my opinion (and in my experience) nobody seems to have any inside information on disclosure (although several have claimed they had)...

...which makes me wonder if there is really any inside information on disclosure to be had at all.

People talk about disclosure as if it is a "given" that there is secret information confirming alien visitation of Earth. However, what if no such secret information exists? Sure -- I know that governments keep classified information on "UFOs" (and I'm using that term to simply mean "aerial phenomenon that is, at least at first, unidentified"), but that doesn't mean that there is any classified information about aliens or alien visitation that is part of that information on UFOs.

Maybe instead of automatically assuming disclosure is something that CAN happen (i.e., that there is in fact secret information about alien visitation), people should consider the possibility that there is nothing like that to disclose.

The only Alien disclosure that will come is if Aliens are here and do it themselves. It will never be in the interest of human leaders to admit there is another force more powerful than them. That applies everywhere including Russia. Disclosure advocacy is pointless besides making money from books and videos.

Tend to agree. They probably have problems like us. Problems like corporate acquisitions and restructuring, disloyal employees who go AWOL in the field, rogue cyborgs that get horny for both humans and reptilians, and incompetent headcases who create chaos in the workplace. I'm thinking People of Earth and Jeff the Grey, particularly!

But seriously, this show could be considered a form of disclosure, as well as propaganda. I.e., "Look! Abduction scenarios are funny and sexy. Abductees and their jargon are silly and and endearing. Aliens make interesting sex partners. It's all about corporations and money, really. Aliens have the same problems we do!" That is the message of this show, and it is also really really funny at the same time.

Funny just like Brain Dead. This show could also be considered, if you watch the last few episodes, as a form of disclosure. What it shows could be almost literally true -- true that is, except for the wasp part. (I'm guessing the "wasp" is like Whitley Strieber's ear implant).

I agree the Aliens will have the word when to do it. But the human leaders are rather collaborating than trying to conceal in Dan Brown's book. In other words, if the ET (from so many various stars) have agreed upon a date, I think Mr Putin and other presidents will do their part.

Again, it is so unfortunate to see the world's superpower divided like that, uncapable of anything like Disclosure, when may be 90% or more of all ET stories and insiders come exactly from USA.

I agree with one of the posters who said, when it will happen it will be all over us (all countries). But at the same time, one country will be chosen as the initial landing (or public appearance if they have already landed). That country may well be Russia. That has something to do with Fatima - Malachi Martin's expectations of Russia's special role in future.

"UFO secrets" always had hidden meaning, in Russia. Last May 17 marked the 50th anniversary of the first mass UFO witnessing in southern Russia, just at evening twilight, of a crescent-shaped glowing object that puzzled observers then and for decades afterwards. It actually was the forward-thrusting braking rocket plume of a test flight of a Soviet space-to-ground thermonuclear warhead delivery system, later designated 'Fractional Orbit Bombardment System" [FOBS] by the US [Moscow called them 'scientific research satellites']. More than half a dozen evening twilight repetitions of the apparition followed through the end of the year, then they stopped. In the USSR they sparked wide public enthusiasm for 'alien visitors' obviously seeking insights into the planet's most ideological advanced society, but once Moscow officials realized the witnesses were actually providing detailed performance descriptions of the deorbit rocket guidance techniques of their treaty-busting first-strike weapon, they terminated all media coverage of the sightings.
