7月末、ライフハウスキッズ主催のキッズサマーキャンプがありました
昨今、子供向けのサマースクールやイングリッシュキャンプが流行しているせいか、
今年のキッズサマーキャンプはたくさんの新しいキッズが申し込みしてくれて、トータル200人近い親子が来てくれました
We had Kids Summer Camp presented by Lifehouse Kids at the end of July.
Summer school or English Camp are getting more and more popular so we also had many new kids coming and nearly 200 kids and parents joined us!!
小学生の子供たちだけでなく、幼児や赤ちゃんから、パパからママから、ボランティアの学生まで、みんな一緒に過ごした二日間は、友達もいっぱいできて本当に楽しかったー
We had FUN two day all together not just with elementary school kids but also toddlers and babies, with dads and mums, and student volunteers etc. and we could make lots of new friends!!
イングリッシュタイムでは、大きな声で英語を話してとっても元気にレッスンに参加してたよ！
Kids were really good joining English time!
特にみんな夢中になったのが、英語で覚えた映画モアナの歌とダンス。
男の子が"You're welcome"女の子が"How far I'll go"のそれぞれ別の曲を覚えて、音楽がなると体が動いちゃうみたいで、前に出てダンスバトルを繰り広げてたよ！
Moana songs were really fun to sing in English and dance!
Boys and girls leant different songs "You're welcome" and "How far I'll go", and they naturally kept having dance battle when the music was on!!
会場の施設のプールや美味しいご飯も人気だったよ
Pool time at the venue and yummy meals were also really popular!
そして、今回の一番人気は、夜の「宝探し」！！宝の地図を片手に、みんなで館内を探索して宝をゲットして帰ったよ
And this year lots of kids said the treasure hunt was the best!!

二日目はBBQ! パパたちが汗を流して料理してくれて、かっこよかったよ
We had BBQ on 2nd day! Dads were so kind to cook yummy meals in such a hot day!
チャーチのキャンプということで、ワーシップで盛り上がったり、聖書のメッセージから受け取る時間もあって、内側からリフレッシュしたキャンプだったよ
As a church camp, we also had worship and bible message time, so we refreshed from inside too!
初めてきたファミリーや親御さんが、口々に、みんな暖かい人ばかりで初めてだったけど安心した、とか、新しいことができるようになっている子供の姿や愛を持って導いているキッズリーダーの姿に感動したって言ってくれていたのが、すごく嬉しかった
We were so happy to hear from parents saying "even though this is the first time to come to the camp but it was good to see that everyone was really nice", or "so touched to see how my child was able to do new things, and how kids leaders were leading them with love".
夏の盛りだくさんのイベントにもぜひ遊びに来てね〜
