WALTHAM, MA – It's only the first Waltham Lions Family Carnival, but Chris Alers and Cydni Litowski have already secured their place in carnival lore. The couple got engaged on Thursday after Chris popped the question on the merry-go-round. He told Waltham Newswatch he picked the carnival to pop the question because Cydni had been excited about it for weeks.
