A man died after being shot on the city’s near northeast side Saturday night, according to Fox59.

Police say 37-year-old Trymaine Lewis was found suffering from at least one gunshot wound in a parking lot in the 1700 block of Roosevelt Ave. just after 10 p.m.

Lewis was reportedly found right outside Triangle Liquors, where a fight may have occurred before the gunfire.

EMS rushed Lewis to Methodist Hospital in critical condition. Despite lifesaving efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

Detectives are investigating the shooting as a homicide. No suspect information has been released at this time.
