'Hellboy' reboot happening with 'Stranger Things' David Harbour
Comic book creator Mike Mignola confirms that "Hellboy" movie reboot will star Harbour and be directed by Neil Marshall.

A "Hellboy" movie reboot is finally in the works with "Stranger Things" actor David Harbour replacing Ron Perlman in the title role, according to a Facebook post and tweet Monday by "Hellboy" comic book creator Mike Mignola.
The "Hellboy" reboot will get a R rating and will be directed by Neil Marshall, who is best known for his work on "The Descent" and "Game Of Thrones." Marshall replaces Guillermo del Toro who directed the previous "Hellboy" films.
The working title of the reboot is "Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen" -- written by Andrew Cosby, Christopher Golden and Mignola, according to Hollywood Reporter.
Harbour also tweeted on Monday an image of the comic book version of Hellboy.
There's no more official word on who in the reboot might replace other original actors who played key characters from the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense such as Prof. Trevor "Broom" Bruttenholm (originally played by the late John Hurt), Liz Sherman (Selma Blair), Abe Sapien (Doug Jones) and Tom Manning (Jeffrey Tambor).
