The then 6-foot, 175-pounder from
Glenville (Cleveland) was ranked the sixth best cornerback in the country by 247Sports Composite and No. 52 overall from the Class of 2014.
Three seasons at Ohio State later, Lattimore is considered the top cornerback prospect heading into this week's NFL draft.
Now 6-foot and 193 pounds, Lattimore is projected by a group of
CBSSports NFL insiders as high as No. 3 overall to the Chicago Bears.
Others see him going at No. 5 to the Titans or to the Jets at No. 6.
Lattimore led Glenville to a 13-2 season his senior year in 2014. He had 19 college offers, including Alabama, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville and took visits to Alabama, Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, Michigan, Oregon, USC and UCLA.
