Now Kim Jong-un threatens to nuke AUSTRALIA as North Korea warns ‘DO NOT toe the US line’

AUSTRALIA could now be in the firing line of crazed dictator Kim Jong-un after North Korea warned the country not to “blindly toe the US line”.

Australia receives DIRECT threats from North Korea

Australian foreign minister Julie Bishop said Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions posed a “serious threat” to peace and stability in Asia and that she fully supports US policy.

She branded the risk posed by dictator Kim’s nuclear programme “unacceptable” and called on the international community to help bring it to an end.

And US marines last week arrived in Australian capital Canberra to take part in annual military drills.

But Ms Bishop’s comments and the manoeuvres prompted a furious response from North Korea’s foreign ministry.

A spokesman said: “If Australia persists in following the US moves to isolate and stifle North Korea and remains a shock brigade of the US master, this will be a suicidal act of coming within the range of the nuclear strike of the strategic force of North Korea”

Accusing Australia of “blindly and zealously toeing the US line”, the irate spokesman continued: "What she uttered can never be pardoned as it is an act against peace that patronises and shields the US extreme hostile policy toward North Korea and nuclear threats and blackmail against it, the root cause of the grave situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula, and encourages the US to opt for reckless and risky military actions.”

Analysis suggested Kim Jong-un has been bolstering his arsenal of intercontinental ballistic missiles, with the rockets now more sophisticated than ever.

And a Westerner familiar with the workings of the oppressive regime has claimed the North could end the world with just three thermonuclear bombs.
