The high school student who recreated a version of an iconic scene in “La La Land” just to ask Emma Stone to prom finally got a response from the Oscar winner. According to E!, Jacob Staudenmaier received a message from Stone that read, “Jacob, thanks for making the greatest proposal I have ever received. I can't tell you what an honor that was and how much I smiled through that entire beautifully orchestrated video. I'm in London working, but I hope you have the best time at prom, and I'm grateful you thought of me. Thank you. P.S. I do see Gosling around the eyes. Love, Emma."Staudenmaier isn’t too disappointed, though. He said he plans to attend the dance stag and just spend time with friends. Watch the promposal below!
