Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide at 42nd Street and Silver Spring Drive.The investigation was taking place the Marathon gas station, WISN 12 News reporter Ben Hutchison said. There was a red minivan parked in the lot with at least four bullet holes through the passenger side window. The victim was a 47-year-old Milwaukee man, police said. Police have not made any arrests. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office arrived at the scene about 10 p.m.

Milwaukee police are investigating a homicide at 42nd Street and Silver Spring Drive.

The victim was a 47-year-old Milwaukee man, police said.
