Paris Jackson has armpit hair and really, who cares? If Paris's Instagram is any indication, apparently a lot of people really, REALLY care about her furry pits.

According to Refinery29, Paris took to her Instagram story to talk about her armpit hair after she says people got really angry that she has it. On her story, Paris said she couldn't understand the outrage at her pit hair, and honestly, neither can we.

"People are really mad. I wish I could post some of these responses," Paris said. "You can just tell how angry and infuriated these people are... I love hair, and sweat, and BO. I f****** love it, I think it’s great. Some people think that it’s like super disgusting, especially on girls, but every human body does it. It’s natural. Get over it."

She's absolutely right — there's a stigma, particularly for women, that having body hair is equivalent to being unkempt, and even dirty. But the reality is that having body hair does not mean you're dirty, it just means that you've chosen to let the hair that naturally grows on you stay there.

Body hair is a very personal choice, and it's not just about arm pits or legs. How we groom or don't groom our eyebrows, whether we shave or style our facial hair, how we style our hair, whether we shave our legs, how we groom or don't groom our pubic hair, and any other way we alter the hair naturally on our bodies is a choice. There's no requirement that we have to have, pluck, snip or wax any of our hair, it's just something we do because it's become a social norm. If you choose not to do any of that, it's totally fine! Let Paris be your inspiration. She isn't letting any of the haters get her down — in fact, she's proud of her fuzz.

"Two months," she said, lifting an arm to show off her pit hair. "It took me two months to grow that s***. It’s not a lot, it’s really not, but I’m f****** proud of it. Really proud. And so many people are so mad."
