In this interview with KQED Newsroom, U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) called Donald Trump's presidency "dysfunctional" in a response to a question about the president's governing style. He also shared with us whether he thinks Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) should recuse himself as the chair of the House Intelligence Committee tasked with investigating Russian hacking of the 2016 presidential race and how his previous job as a federal prosecutor helped prepare him for his current role as the ranking member of the House intelligence committee.
