A motorcyclist suffered a possible concussion and facial injuries following a collision with a car this afternoon.
The crash happened in Chorley New Road, Horwich at around 2.30pm on Sunday.
Firefighters, police and the ambulance service attended the scene of the crash.
A spokesman for Horwich Fire Station described their actions, he said: “We made the bike safe and did trauma care on the cyclist.”
The man was later taken to hospital.
