More Americans Paying for Plastic Surgery with Tax Refunds

In a recent RealSelf survey, a third of respondents said they were scheduling their plastic surgery procedures to coincide with their tax refund and 20 percent said they would be using the next year’s refund to pay for all or a portion of their elective cosmetic procedures.
