More Americans Paying for Plastic Surgery with Tax Refunds

Plastic Surgery Investment Last year 73 percent of taxpayers received a federal refund, and the average refund was more than $3,100. If you are one of the millions of Americans expecting a refund this year, you are probably already starting to think of how to spend that money.

It should come as no surprise that as plastic surgery procedures continue to grow in popularity (2016 saw over 17 million procedures performed), an increasing number of Americans are investing their tax refunds in self-improvement with cosmetic procedures.

In a recent RealSelf survey, a third of respondents said they were scheduling their plastic surgery procedures to coincide with their tax refund and 20 percent said they would be using the next year’s refund to pay for all or a portion of their elective cosmetic procedures.

Are you ready to invest in yourself by scheduling the plastic surgery you have been considering? If you want to learn more about your plastic surgery options and how cosmetic procedures can improve your appearance and boost your self-confidence, please call George P. Chatson, M.D., today at 978-687-1151 for our Andover office or 603-882-2103 for our Nashua office to schedule your consultation.
