Just a thank-you note

When you're working on Open Source, it's not unusual to get mail about it. But normally it's bug reports or support requests. You rarely hear from people using and enjoying your work.

So when I received the following mail, it really made my day:

Our team at the BBC has been using Dokuwiki for all our technical and operational documentation for the last few years. Because it’s an internal documentation project you don’t get any publicity for this. So I just wanted to let you know that pretty much every News programme you see or hear that is produced here in Broadcasting House or at our sister operation down the road at Millbank, next to the Houses of Parliament, will have at some point have referenced information that depends on your work. So thank you. And if you’re ever in London let me know & I’ll be very happy to buy you a coffee and give you a tour of the building.
Jon Ward
Senior Studio Director
BBC News Programmes Operations

Thanks Jon, I will take you up on the offer when I'm in London again :-)
