Using my handy Actron CP9125, I was able to pull these 5 codes from the vehicle:
P0458
P1727
P1124
P0335
P116E

Backstory- I just had to replace the starter, did so myself. Vehicle sat for approx 3 months with the starter issue. I replaced the Intake Manifold gaskets paying attention to the tightening order so as to not get vacuum leak. Put everything back together correctly to my knowledge, I watched a couple videos on the process before and during the maintenance and I purchased the maintenance manual. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best answer
P0458 Evaporative emission system purge control valve circuit

P1727 CAN signal message error

P0335 Crankshaft sensor signal

P1124 differential pressure sensor intake manifold offset

P116E Mass airflow sensor signal

The MAF sensor has to be checked first, for proper installation on the plug and its boot. any vacuum hose break during the intake removal. The crank sensor being right near the starter is it reconnected. The only way you can set a P1727 is the car started. and the transmission is in fail safe mode. P1124 is the MAP sensor any disconnection there.

P0335 will fix P1727 had the same issue check oil seal around Crank sensor and electrical connector! If needed buy a new one far as the other codes possible vaccum leak be sure to check intake manifold and replace the rings that possibly fix all those issues
