The 2017 Recruiting Cycle ended on February 1st and Oregon Football and Willie Taggart have been busy lining up the talent for the Class of 2018, most recently on the Offensive Line.

Players from around the country continue to say they have received an offer to play for the University of Oregon. most recently Steven Jones sent out a tweet with that sentiment. WIth the Class of 2017 in the books so to speak, the focus and attention turns to the next class of Oregon Football athletes.

In the world of college football, Oregon is behind and with Taggart they are still fighting an upward battle to catch up to schools like Alabama. If you are ‘top of mind’ aware enough to visit kids in their Junior year ‘before’ their final season in High school, they remember that when you make your final pitch. The Ducks were late to the party but still came out well with the 2017 Recruiting class.

Next year will be different.

On Tuesday, 3-Star Offensive Lineman Steven Jones announced the Ducks Offer on Twitter. He is a member of the Class of 2018. The Pac-12 has gotten into the early act, along with the Ducks for his service. He holds 10 offers with nearly a year to go before Signing Day 2018. Washington, Washington State, Colorado, California, and Oregon are on the list.
