The historic rivalry between the basketball teams of Archbishop Stepinac High School Crusaders and the Iona Prep Gaels will play out during an exciting tripleheader to be held at Stepinac, 950 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY on Friday, February 3.

The excitement gets underway at 4 PM when the freshmen teams square off, followed by a junior varsity game at 5:45 PM. But, the real fever-pitched moment for fans from both schools begins 7:30 PM when the varsity Crusaders and Gaels compete in a CHSAA game that will be broadcast live by News 12 Varsity. As of press time, Stepinac is in second place in the league standings (8-3) and Iona in fourth place (7-5).

In anticipation of a sell-out, the main offices at Stepinac and Iona will begin pre-selling a fixed amount of tickets, starting Wednesday. Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $3 for students with a school ID and children under 12. Tickets will be available at both schools from 9 AM-3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday and from 9 AM to Noon on Friday, or until the allotted number of tickets are sold out.
