It's time to connect with San Francisco and blow things up without paying for it . Ubisoft released a new demo for Watch Dogs 2, and it's available now for PlayStation 4 users. Xbox One gamers have to wait until January 24 to try before they buy, but PS4 owners can try out the latest Watch Dogs title without any obligation.
Unlike most demos that either offer you a brief glimpse of the full game or, in some cases, a different adventure entirely while using gameplay systems you'll find in the full release, the Watch Dogs 2 demo grants you access to the full game. You have access to the single player campaign, co-op, and competitive multiplayer alongside other players who already own the game. There's just one small catch, and that's the fact that the trial expires after three hours. If you want to keep playing Watch Dogs 2 after your three hours are up, you'll have to buy the game. The good news is the demo will automatically upgrade to the full experience and whatever progress you've made will carry over so you don't have to start from scratch.
Watch Dogs 2 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One systems. The demo is currently only available for PS4 gamers, but Xbox One owners will be able to experience the demo starting January 24. Ubisoft didn't mention whether the demo would come to PC, so you may have to resort to Twitch streams if you want to see what the game's like before buying if you aren't a console gamer.
And it sure is better, I just played it again this week, and the Seamingless Online function has been expanded a bit since the last time I play it, now you would meet other players randomly instead of only at DedSec Event moments.
But the latest patch also added some bugs I noticed
