Samsung Mobiles has launched two new J series smartphones Galaxy J2 Ace and Galaxy J1 4G in India. These phones are priced at Rs. 8490 and Rs. 6890 respectively. Both phones come with 4G connectivity. While the J2 Ace is the most affordable front camera flash phone, Galaxy J1 4G is the most affordable phone with Super AMOLED display.
Samsung Galaxy J2 Ace comes with 5-inch qHD PLS TFT display and runs on Android 6.0. It is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad-core processor with 1.5GB RAM. It has 8 GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 128 GB.
It comes with 8-megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixels front camera with front flash. It also offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, GPS, GLONASS. It is packed with 2600 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy J1 4G comes with 4.5-inch WVGA Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 5.1. I am not sure why Samsung selected this older version of software. This phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor with 1 GB RAM. It has 8 GB internal storage with option to expand up to 128 GB,
It has 5 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 2 megapixels front camera. It comes with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, GPS, GLONASS. It is packed with 2050 mAh battery.
Both phones are now available across the country via different online and offline stores. The Galaxy J2 Ace is available in Gold, Black and Silver color variants. The Galaxy J1 4G will be available in Gold, Black and White colors.
