Hollywood insiders know that Kate Hudson's got some major pipes on her, but the actress managed to blow everyone away at David Foster's birthday celebration Friday evening with an impromptu performance alongside John Mayer and Seal.
Sara Foster caught the epic moment and shared it on Instagram, and boy is Hudon's not-so-hidden talent music to our ears. While Mayer provided the musical accompaniment, Seal had the background vocals on lock as he jammed out behind Kate. Singer-songwriter Eric Benet was also on hand to support the all-star performer on stage.
Foster's celebratory festivities turned out to be quite the star-studded affair, with Barbra Streisand, Quincy Jones, Babyface and more stepping out in honor of the music mogul.
But as for Kate's musical prowess (We get it, she's so major), the 37-year-old has been wowing fans for years with her subtle performances.
In May, Hudson took the mic at a charity event hosted by her famous mother, actress Goldie Hawn, for a unique rendition of Prince's "Nothing Compares 2 U."
