For fashion lovers and true beauty devotées, there was only one winner of RuPaul's Drag Race, season 8: Kim Chi. The fabulous queen, who describes herself as a "7' tall, live-action anime character" looks like a Sailor Moon villain stepped right out of the television screen and into reality. And while it may have been love at first sight during the season premiere, Kim Chi really won our hearts with her final performance — lip syncing a song called "Fat, Fem, & Asian," which overtly tackled how stereotypes plague the gay dating world.
But it turns out, we weren't the only fashion lovers who fell head over platform heels for Kim Chi. Soo Joo Park, a model who's worked for Vogue, walked the Chanel shows, and currently has not just one, but two beauty contracts in the bag, also wanted some Kim Chi in her life.
Ahead of Halloween, Soo Joo found herself without a proper costume idea...that is, until Kim Chi came to the rescue. Watch the video above as the duo get ready in the model's apartment. After the lash glue had dried, the liner had been meticulously applied, and the wig had been snatched, Soo Joo had been officially dragged...in the good way. Check out her full transformation above.
