Guardians of the Galaxy 2” dominated social media buzz last week, thanks to the release of its teaser trailer on Oct. 19, with nearly 108,000 new conversations, according to media-measurement firm comScore and its PreAct service.

The teaser contained plenty of destruction along with Dave Bautista’s Drax teaching Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord about love and closes with a shot of baby Groot and Rocket smiling. The film is produced by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige, with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Jonathan Schwartz, Nik Korda, and Stan Lee serving as executive producers.

Fox’s first trailer for “Logan,” the final Wolverine film, helped generate close to 83,000 new conversations in the wake of the Oct. 20 release of a teaser and international trailer — which reveal that Wolverine is grappling with his identity in a world that’s changed drastically since his early mutant days.

The movie, directed by James Mangold, marks Jackman’s ninth and final performance as the mutant superhero, a character he’s been playing for 16 years (since 2000’s “X-Men”). The R-rated “Logan” hits theaters on March 3, 2017.
